View this email in your browser January and February Newsletter Dear *|FNAME|* I don't really know how to put my thoughts into this Newsletter. At the same time I have so much to express. For sure I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to so many of you for your understanding & support, all your kind words, letters, emails, beautiful cards, flowers, gifts and your generous donations for my sister's fundraising I have received. Without your warmth & love I can't imagine how I would have got through 2018, which was a very challenging year with so much emotional pain & practical problems. After a year of fighting her cancer, my sister Bon passed away on Christmas Day. I was following my heart to spend as much time with her as possible in Italy during 2018. I am forever grateful for you putting up with the inconsistency of my service. Through friendliness, kindness & compassion, strength comes. Yoga Sutra 111:24 The salon is closed from Monday 21st January to Wednesday 6th February. I am going back to Rome to join my family and then heading up north to Merano for my sister's final ceremony. Then things will be back to normal with the salon. Lastly, after teaching at Derekthedog Yoga Studio for 8 years. I made a very difficult decision to leave my regular Thursday evening class. Tuesday 6pm Yoga at the Mint is still running normally. I would like to focus my time and energy on teaching Yoga Workshops. My next Yoga Workshop is this Saturday 19th Jan at The Mint, from 10 am to 2 pm. Scroll down to see the full detail of the workshop. I have a few more space left.
